As a Buyer's Agent, we act as your personal shopper. We want to have a genuine understanding of your goals—not just budget and neighborhood—but what you're really looking for in your home, commercial space or investment property.

In today's market of economic microclimates, some houses get multiple offers, some have pricing strategies that invite overbidding, some houses seem to be "sitting" on the market for ages, and still others are short sales and foreclosures.

It's easy for a prospective buyer to get confused or disheartened. It's our job to know what houses are worth, and help you navigate the bidding and negotiation process.

We'll preview properties, show you places, and send you email listings and open house schedules as often as you like.

Our policy is to only represent one client looking for the same property in the same location at the same time. This means you get focused, honest representation, with no divided loyalties.

Once your offer has been accepted, we'll walk you through the inspections, help you secure your financing, and guide you through the escrow. It's our job to look out for your best interests and to ensure that you understand your rights and obligations under your purchase agreement.
