Why do I value the profession of real estate? My personal experience and practice in the fields of art, psychology and education overlap and find intrinsic value in the home. Foremost, a home is where one finds shelter and is most people's sanctuary, a place where we try to balance working life with a life of leisure.

In being a real estate agent, my business approach is to focus in on my clients’ interests, tailor the home buying and or selling process to meet those individuals needs, and be direct about what has to happen in order to accomplish that goal.

I bring to both buyers and sellers the benefit of expertise gained through curiosity and experience. I have a solid knowledge of local real estate from being a long-time East Bay resident and technical understanding (gained from listening to inspectors and keeping the company of architects and engineers... let alone escrow officers and other agents). Not least, I bring great energy to each search for a home and every negotiation knowing you have put your trust in me to care for your hard-earned dollars.

In working for an eco-broker with an independent spirit…I’m now learning about alternative modes of living with a light footprint and couldn’t be happier!
