SellersAs the Listing Broker, we’ll help you sell your home for the best possible price and terms, in the most appropriate manner. First we’ll tour your home or investment property and meet with you about your goals. We’ll show you our research into comparable properties in the area, including what they have listed and sold for in recent months. Then we’ll plan our strategy for how to best market your property and set the listing price. We can make recommendations for any timely upgrades or repairs that may dramatically impact your home’s value. We can also help you “stage” your home (have it professionally decorated) if it makes sense, or arrange your own furniture to your home’s advantage. We’ll help you compile all your disclosure forms to clearly conform to current legal statutes, be forthright with potential buyers, and limit your liability later. We can also refer qualified inspectors to support your efforts. We’ll put up a sign, create attractive and effective print advertising, flyers, virtual tours and multiple listing service (MLS) listings to make sure your home gets the attention it deserves. We will hold Broker’s Tours and Open Houses, which will be well advertised and appropriately staffed. Once you’ve accepted an offer, we’ll make certain the terms of the contract are followed, and coordinate escrow services with the Title Company to make sure your home closes on time.
